Our policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

We understand plans can change!

  • Free rescheduling or cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged the full fee

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of your cleaning service.
We accept:

  • Cash
  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • Credit/debit cards


If you need an invoice or receipt, just let us know!

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your happiness matters.
If something was missed or not up to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to fix it — free of charge.

Home Access Policy

 You don’t need to be home during the cleaning.
Please let us know how we should enter:

  • Key 
  • Lockbox 
  • Garage code 
  • Smart lock access
     

We treat your space with the utmost respect and security.

Pet Policy

We love furry friends!
For safety and efficiency, please secure pets in a designated area while we clean. If your pet requires special care, let us know in advance.

Add-On Services

Add-ons like dishwashing, laundry steaming, or organizing must be requested in advance when booking.
Additional charges may apply based on volume or time required.
